ARTICLE 1 : Organizing Company

The company CONQUERYOURDAY SAS, a simplified joint stock company whose headquarters are located at 147 BD MALESHERBES 75017 PARISThe Organizing Body, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 831 839 899 (hereinafter, the “Provider”), acting in the name of and on behalf of ACCOR, a public limited company whose registered office is located at 82 rue Henri Farman CS20077 – 92445 ISSY LES MOULINEAUX, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 602 036 444 (hereinafter, the “Organizing Company”), for the organization of a contest with no obligation to purchase entitled “SMART SPORT QUIZ” testing sports culture (hereinafter, the “Contest”), from October 1, 2022 to October 1, 2023 inclusive (hereinafter, the “Duration”), in all IBIS BUDGET HOTELS located in France (hereinafter, one or more “Hotels”). After October 1, 2023, the Organizing Body reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the duration of the game.


ARTICLE 2: General conditions of the Game

2.1 Who can participate

This Game is open to any natural person under the age of 18 or over who visits a Hotel during the Period (hereinafter the “Participant(s)”).

Excluded automatically are members of the staff of all ACCOR Group companies, as well as members of their immediate family (in particular spouses, parents, brothers, sisters and children or any other person residing in the family home), of any person who has participated in any capacity in
The Organizing Body’s subcontractors, as well as the members of their immediate family (in particular, spouse, parents, brothers and sisters, children or any other person residing in the family home), will not be able to participate in the elaboration of the said Game.

The Game is accessible only in French.

Participation in the Game is, however, conditional upon full and complete acceptance of these Rules and the applicable laws and regulations, without condition or reservation.

2.2 Entry procedure and selection of winners

Within the Hotels, the Organizing Body has reproduced, through the intermediary of the Service Provider, the company CONQUERYOURDAY SAS, QR codes that can be accessed from the rooms and/or common areas of the Hotels.

Participation in the Game requires that each Participant :

  1. go physically to a Hotel and scan a QR code reproduced in the Hotel;
  2. or access the following url: smartsportbyibisbudget.com/quizz
  • then answer 6 questions on the theme of sport, selected randomly by an algorithm out of a total of 100 questions available, by choosing from 2 to 5 proposed answers, one or more proposals, depending on the questions.

There is no limit to the number of entries per Participant, but a Participant may only win one Code during the entire Contest Period.

Once the Participant has correctly answered six questions in a row, the Participant will have the opportunity to participate in a random drawing to win a Code as defined in Article 3 of these rules (hereinafter the “Winner”).

ARTICLE 3 : Codes

The Organizing Company is putting into play a total of 273 codes over the duration of the game, each code can be won per day and the codes allow you to win, at random, Decathlon advantages whose distribution is as follows:

  • 219 discount codes worth 10€ usable until September 02, 2024 on the website www.decathlon.fr and in all French Decathlon stores.
  • 54 codes allowing you to benefit from a free month of online courses: Domyos Live, usable until December 31, 2023.

Only one winning code will be distributed daily from October 1, 2022 to October 1, 2023.

The number of Codes per Winner is limited to 1.

The Codes are not nominative and are therefore transferable but are not exchangeable for another lot or for a monetary value.

However, in the event of a Code shortage and/or an event beyond its control, the Organizing Body reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the proposed Code with one or more other prizes of equivalent value.

The Winner may not demand that the Organizing Body give him/her any other object or service of any value in exchange for his/her Code, nor even for cash. If the Winner is unwilling or unable to take possession of the Prize, especially after the expiration of the validity period, he/she will not be entitled to any compensation.

The Organizing Body declines all responsibility for any incidents, accidents or other inconveniences that may occur during the period of use of the awarded Code and/or as a result of the use of the goods purchased on the website www.decathlon.fr through the use Code, of which it is not the manufacturer or whose damage results from misuse by the Winner.

ARTICLE 4 : Limit of responsibility

Participants acknowledge and accept that the Organizing Body shall not be liable in the event that the Game is cancelled, modified, extended, shortened or postponed due to force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the French Civil Code and case law.

Participants acknowledge and agree that the Organizing Body reserves the right, without any liability whatsoever, to extend the Duration, postpone any announced date, cancel, suspend or terminate the Game at any time without any moral or financial prejudice to the Participants.

ARTICLE 5 : Data Protection Act

The service provider processes personal data within the framework of the game and on behalf of the organizing company.

The Participant hereby acknowledges that he/she will not be required to transmit to the Organizing Body or the Service Provider in the context of his/her participation in the Game any data other than his/her email.

The Provider shall take the appropriate measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of the personal information it holds or processes in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation in the context of the game. The legal basis for the processing is the interest of the participant to be able to identify him/her if there were needs for the use of his/her winnings.

The only data collected is the participant’s email address.
This data is collected on the servers in order to assist participants who have problems using their codes. This data is not used for commercial purposes.
This data will be kept for the duration of the game.

The deletion of the winners’ data will be postponed until the prize has been successfully sent or the attempt to contact the winner has finally failed.

In accordance with the European regulations in force, participants in the game can access their data or request their deletion.

You also have the right to object, the right to rectify and the right to limit the processing of their data (see cnil.fr for more information on your rights).

ARTICLE 7 – Fraud

The Organizing Body may cancel all or part of the Game if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular in the context of participation in the Game or the determination of the winner.

In this case, it reserves the right not to award the prizes to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute the authors of these frauds before the competent courts.

ARTICLE 8 – Disputes

The present rules are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute or claim, requests must be sent to the Organizing Body within a maximum of 1 month after the expiration of the Term (as evidenced by the postmark), by mail to the following address

Any dispute arising in connection with the Game shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
